An example of a bad design
When i bought some files from a shop and used them to organise my bookshelf, I put them together into one side of a bookshelf. I had a situation that I had to take one of them out and the whole set of files dropped because of their design.
Solution : Try to make the files steady on the book shelf by either making the surface of the files not slippery.
